I have worked out with resistance bands
pretty consistently for the past 15 years, but after having 5 kids in 7 years I haven't been able to get the exact results I've been looking for without spending a ton on a trainer or expensive equipment.
I have done what I can from home but need that something extra to make me look more toned and sculpted. Weights and resistance band
training is the way to go. I really think the dip system with the push up bands and resistance bands
will give me the results I'm looking for. I saw a lady from bodyrock.tv using this and fell in love will it. The bands will only enhance the workouts!! I'm looking forward to trying the system out for myself and seeing the amazing results I can achieve.
