Pull up Dip Station Workout - Exerise 2 - Dips

The next exercise is the dip. Using your Ultimate Body Press Dip Machine, take either an open or closed hand grip depending on which end of the dip machine you enter from. An open hand grip will have your palms pointing forward slightly and this focus resistance on your triceps. Keep your back straight and your elbow close to your body.

A closed hand grip will have your palms points back towards your body and focus resistance across your lower chest. Keep your elbows out and lean forward. If you cannot complete the 10 reps, either push up to the top using your legs then use your arms to lower as slowly as possible or leave on foot on the ground and only use enough leg support to maintain some resistance on your arms as you lower to full range of motion.
