Instructions

1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart.
2. Relax your neck muscles and lower your chin toward your chest.
3. Slowly rotate your head in a clockwise direction.
4. You can do this with your eyes open or closed.
5. Rotate 4 times in a clockwise direction.
6. Switch directions and rotate 4 more times in a counterclockwise direction.
